Ok, now that you've made me hungry...I have this terrible yen for chorizo sausage tacos with queso sauce and some mexican rice. Chorizo sausage is also pretty good on a pizza. One of my favorite mixes is chorizo sausage, ricotta cheese, provalone cheese and shrimp pizza with pesto sauce. Very rich, but very nummy.

As for tea...a strong black tea with some clotted creme and two lumps of sugar with cucumber and butter sandwiches. Or a chai made with half and half and a dark chocolate espresso shortbread. Ooooh heaven. *sighs*

Mixed drinks are another story with me...I prefer my drinks straight. A good single malt neat is my prefered poison. Ok, I'll keep quiet now. I'm just making myself crazy. :)
