Sin of the day is: wrath for most, an apparently lust for me. Is it hot in here?

Interesting American Historical Religious Trivia [via Snopes]

On my informal sin of the day's behalf, I present the following:
"Jelly bracelet fashion accessories have been around since the 80's. But instead of a fashion statement, they may be making a statement about your kid's sex life.

So, if I wore a rainbow of jelly bracelets to a bar, with a little black thrown in for contrast, I'd be a walking advertisement for sex?

Alternate theory on Bracelet-sex!

I've also heard of the jelly bracelets not so much being based around color, but on the theory/method of being given a bracelet implies sex, but the favor isn't actually carried out until the bracelet is broken off of the wrist of the wearer by said-person. At least I think thats how it goes...
I will ask my 13 year old neice, she'll know, I'm sure! Damn teenagers.. ;-)

The article mentioned the whole 'breaking it off' thing. I was more pointing out that then I'd be available for everything, theoretically at least. Is that better or worse than wearing a micro-mini?

Gods... and what would happen if I ran into someone really strong who ripped them all off??? ;)
